HOW WE HELP
Every detail shapes your delivery.
From selecting produce to defining packing and transport scope. Work through the brief in stages and clarify what the quote covers and what needs supplier, inspection or carrier confirmation.

Sourcing for your application
Share your product specification or market requirement, then review variety, size, format and defect tolerances. Quantity, stock and packing timing are confirmed in the quote. For repeat supply record batch expectations and how specification or source changes are reviewed. Urgent requests start with actual availability and a feasible route rather than an unverified speed promise.
Packing and private labels
Define net pack contents, dimensions, material and product protection. For your own brand review artwork, language and required fields, then approve the label before printing. Confirm service scope, special setup costs and lead time. Check compatibility with storage and equipment too: an attractive retail pack may not be the most efficient factory format.
Sampling and quality review
Discuss samples by lot, commodity and destination, including size, shipping and costs. Identify required tests, the testing party and acceptance limits. Factories should trial samples in their production process. Where needed, agree independent inspection and clarify the reporting party and scope before execution.
Transport and document coordination
Review route, named delivery place, cost scope, responsibilities, temperature handling and unloading. The importer and broker confirm entry requirements before booking, then identify documents and issuing parties. Transit dates remain estimates until carrier confirmation; the written agreement should address changes, delays and the receiving inspection period.
