PLAN YOUR DESTINATION

Your destination shapes the order.

Discuss supply to different markets, then confirm commodity eligibility, destination and route feasibility. These planning examples are not a past-shipment record or a promise that every market is available for every product.

Your destination shapes the order.

Gulf markets: start with the receiving country

Specify the country, port or delivery location and importer. Review product, label, registration and inspection requirements with the broker before transport booking. State whether delivery is at arrival port or warehouse and allocate charges clearly. Plan unloading around arrival conditions and storage capacity. There is no single Gulf transit time; carrier, route and service determine the estimate.

European markets: specifications and documents before booking

Identify the destination country, commodity, format and packaging, then use Access2Markets for an initial requirements review with your team. The importer or broker confirms relevant plant-health, food checks or notifications for the consignment. Review buyer quality criteria, required tests and certification scope where requested. Do not automatically carry one country’s checklist into another order.

Other markets and Egyptian domestic supply

Start with the same questions: who receives, where, when and for which application? For export review admissibility, documents and route. For domestic supply define delivery point, packs, receiving capacity and handling. For repeat orders discuss schedules, batch expectations and changing availability. Seasonal variation needs a clear specification and agreement so changes do not arrive as surprises.
