No. Availability, variety, quantity and packing date are confirmed in your quote. Include a delivery window so options can be reviewed.
What makes a useful quotation brief?
Product and format or variety, application, net quantity, country and receiving point, delivery window and packing. Share quality criteria, tests or certifications required by your customer.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on commodity, packing, stock and destination. There is no published universal minimum; share your quantity so feasibility can be reviewed.
Can I request a sample?
Discuss a sample linked to the specification and offered lot. Size, shipping, charges and timing are confirmed before dispatch. Factory users should trial and record results under production conditions.
Do you hold a specific certification?
Review required certifications against current copies identifying the relevant establishment and activity. The quality page explains what to request; naming a scheme on this site is not a claim of certification.
Can I use my own brand on the packs?
Feasibility is reviewed by product, format and quantity. Define net contents, dimensions, material, artwork and label requirements, then approve the version, cost and lead time before printing.
How long is shipping and what temperature is used?
There is no single transit duration or temperature for every route and product. Carrier, route and commodity determine the plan; handling, logging and unloading follow the product specification.
What if form delivery fails?
The page will say delivery is unconfirmed. Continue via WhatsApp or direct email rather than assume the team received it. A failed submission is not a booking or agreement.
How do I calculate cartons?
Metric tons × 1,000 ÷ net kilograms per carton, rounded up, then confirm actual quantity. Weight alone does not determine pallet or container capacity.
What if shipment condition differs from the agreement?
Record lot references, pack condition, weights, readings and contextual photographs. Preserve evidence and follow your quality plan and the notification method and period written in your contract.
