Our standard minimum order quantity is 20 tons per shipment for most products. However, we understand that new customers may want to test our quality first, so we can accommodate smaller trial orders of 5-10 tons for first-time buyers. For mixed container loads, the minimum total quantity remains 20 tons but can include different citrus varieties.

Shipping times vary by destination: Gulf countries typically take 5-7 days, European ports 10-15 days, and other destinations 15-25 days. We use refrigerated containers to maintain optimal temperature throughout transit. Exact timing depends on vessel schedules, port congestion, and customs clearance procedures at the destination.

We accept various payment methods including Letter of Credit (L/C), Bank Transfer (T/T), and Documentary Collection (D/P). For new customers, we typically require 30% advance payment and 70% against shipping documents. Established customers with good payment history may qualify for credit terms. We also accept payment through major international banks and can accommodate specific payment requirements based on your country's regulations.

Every Ghaith Foods shipment is accompanied by a full set of official export documents: Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Packing List, and Weight Certificate. We apply HACCP principles throughout our handling and cold chain process.

Our quality assurance process includes multiple checkpoints: farm monitoring with regular soil and water testing, careful harvest timing, automated sorting and grading, comprehensive laboratory testing for pesticide residues and microbiological safety, proper cold chain management, and final quality inspection before shipping.
